Conservative: Medford, Oregon

The city of Medford, Oregon was born out of a need to provide railroad connections all the way to the West Coast. Developers were charged with finding the most efficient route all the way to the sea, and the city of Medford grew from this innovation. Today, a thriving railroad industry, beautiful scenic views, and strong cultural and artistic influences help to make Medford a very attractive place to live.

Medford is a hub of activity in a conservative portion of Oregon; city residents showed up at the polls and represented well, but it was not enough to secure a win for the Republican party. Joe Biden won the state of Oregon with 59 percent of the vote.
