The smaller sister of the Twin Cities, St. Paul is the capital of Minnesota and home to many devoted Democratic policies and programs that color the city’s climate. St. Paul followed the lead of sister city Minneapolis when it came to political persuasion. The Twin Cities both voted Democrat in this last election, and strong opinions and stronger coffee no doubt fueled a loyal showing at the polls on November 3rd.
