Conservative: Wichita, Kansas

Wichita is located in south-central Kansas along the Arkansas river; it originally started as a trading post for weary travelers along the Chisholm trail, and it’s morphed and grown into a thriving metropolis of almost 700,000 residents who live and work here.

It was a close one in Kansas this year, but the conservative vote took home the majority with 56 percent of the vote. In general, Kansas comes in as slightly more conservative than liberal, and with a bit of political upheaval currently happening, it’s anybody’s guess for 2024.
