Chattanooga is situated along the banks along the Tennessee river, also bordering Georgia. It’s a major transit hub for the state, being serviced by several prominent railroad companies and a number of interstate highways.

Like Texas, Tennessee has an impressive following on this list of more conservative cities; Chattanooga joins the game with 60 percent of the vote going to the conservative population. Whether it’s peer pressure or adherence to American tradition, it’s likely that they will show up red in the polls in the future.
