Hayes is an actor, comedian and producer who is best known for playing Jack McFarland on Will & Grace. For that role, he won a Primetime Emmy Award, four SAG Awards, and one American Comedy Award.

While at one point he and Ellen were sitcom rivals, the pair have become such good friends that Sean even got the opportunity to host The Ellen Show. That’s an offer that not many people are lucky enough to say they have.
