Helena Bonham Carter

When we think of the ideal female villain, Helena Bonham Carter checks all of the boxes. While she has acted in some of the biggest movies over the past 30 or so years, her roles that make her stand out  are her villainous ones.

Most famously, she plays Bellatrix Lestrange in the Harry Potter series, and we are completely frightened of her in every scene she’s in. She also plays Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd, which is also an incredibly dark movie, but we can’t get enough of her evil performance in it.
