Bruce may have been reborn as Caitlyn Jenner, but once upon a time all-star athlete Bruce Jenner fathered Kylie, Kendall, Brody, Brandon, and Burt Jenner. During the 70s, Jenner was a decathlon Olympian, who secretly struggled with gender identity.

His frequent visits to the plastic surgeon started back in the 80s, when Jenner underwent his first nose job. This was the first of many interventions, which resulted in the transition from Bruce to Caitlyn. Caitlyn now advocates for the transgender community, and appreciates the unconditional support of her family, as she lives life as a female.
