NeNe Leakes and Lisa Bonet

NeNe Leakes is a multi-talented diva, to be sure–she has her well-manicured nails in everything from reality television to fashion to entrepreneurial pursuits. She began her successful career as one of The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s original cast members, moving on to take other roles in television such as The New Normal, Glee, and even Dancing With The Stars. When she’s not posing and preening in front of the camera, NeNe is working on a clothing line as well as a spot in the Broadway hall of fame as a supporting character in Roger and Hammerstein’s Cinderella. No matter what NeNe sets her mind to, this strong woman manages to accomplish it.

Lisa Bonet is another mover and shaker on this list. Playing memorable characters such as Denise Huxtable on The Cosby Show and A Different World, she used her fame, fortune and influence to become an activist for many causes that were near and dear to her heart. Lisa is now happily settled in southern California with hubby Jason Momoa, and they are raising their daughter and son.
