Anna-Frid Lyngstad – Born 1945

Otherwise known as Frida, this Scandinavian pop sensation came to the forefront as the inception of the band ABBA took place. She and the rest of the band released over 380 million albums during their illustrious career, and their music is well known by young and old alike.

Lyngstad is enjoying retirement at 72 in Switzerland, and the financial success of her musical endeavors more than compensates for any whim and wish she wants to satisfy.  Since she hasn’t officially declared retirement, we are keeping our fingers crossed that she will be releasing some new tunes in the future.
