Lin Shaye – Born 1943

Lin Shaye is a Hollywood institution. She has been appearing in horror movies since they were conceptualized, and we are thankful for her ability to give us heart-pounding entertainment. Her most recent appearance was in thriller Insidious 4, in which she gave a chilling performance and displayed true depth of character.

Shaye has also appeared in A Nightmare On Elm Street, Alone In The Dark, and Ouija: Origin Of Evil. She has no plans to retire anytime soon; the horror genre has its firm grasp at her throat, and she loves the spine-chilling thrill ride that it provides her.
