Conservative: Greenville, South Carolina
Greenville was once home to the Cherokee, who used this beautiful land for hunting and fishing. In 1754, a wealthy European by the name of Richard Pearls arrived and established a progressive relationship with the Cherokee, and Greenville was born. As the largest city in the northern part of South Carolina, it offers attractions, employment opportunities, and a quality educational system that attract thousands of tourists and full-time residents who enjoy the culture and community.
Greenville is a central hub for the largely conservative northern portion of South Carolina; they pulled in a significant portion of the conservative vote in the 2020 presidential election. In the end, this was a key aspect of the conservative majority that went to Donald Trump.
