Liberal: Oakland, California
With a population of 433,031 as of 2019, Oakland is a trade center for the San Francisco Bay area. The Port of Oakland is the busiest port in the San Francisco Bay, the entirety of Northern California, and the fifth busiest in the United States of America. An act of incorporation was passed on May 4, 1852, and it was approved on March 25, 1854, which gave it an official title of city. This sunny, beautiful city has attracted all kinds of people since its inception, and it continues to thrive today.
This city has represented the Democratic side in this recent election, with a strong 63 percent of the vote going to Biden. While we can’t be sure that this will continue to be the case, there’s plenty of blue representation that will continue to stand strong in the elections to come.
