Molly Henneberg graduated from Vanderbilt with a double major in English and elementary education. She married US Marine Corps captain and lawyer, Chris Nagel in 2008 in her hometown of Fall Church. She worked at a local PA affiliate before making the jump to Fox.

Molly worked as a White House correspondent for Fox and covered high profile events such as the 2004 Presidential campaign, and Hurricane Katrina. She has also traveled to Baghdad to cover Operation Iraqi Freedom. Molly announced the arrival of her first child in 2011 on Fox & Friends.
