An esteemed alumnus of both Harvard and Columbia University, Catherine Herridge joined Fox News in its infancy back in 1996 after briefly working as a reporter for ABC in London. She primarily covered news about Middle East conflicts and various political campaigns during her long career with Fox.

Catherine left Fox shortly after winning the prestigious Tex McCrary Award for Journalism in 2019 to become a senior investigative correspondent for CBS News. She is the recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor, and an organ donor, in which she donated part of her liver to save the life of her son.
