Melissa Knowles attended Georgetown University, obtaining her degree in both broadcast journalism and political journalism. Starting as an intern at BET, she began moving toward reporting positions that would eventually bring her to CNN success.

Melissa joined the CNN crew in 2014, starting as a reporter and then working her way to an anchor position. To this day, she frequent shows like “The Daily Share” and “Morning Express With Robin Meade”.
