Worst: Rotisserie Chicken

Who hasn’t skipped the long lines at the deli and breezed in for a delicious rotisserie chicken on a busy weeknight?  While Walmart’s rotisserie chicken boasts some serious flavor, it’s not without its consequences.

First of all, most Walmart brand chickens offer half the chicken per pound that other stores provide, and they are laden with sodium that may initially enhance taste, but it’s not so good for you in the long run. Consider getting your quick dinner from another supermarket rotisserie retailer.
