Worst: Generic Supplements

Beware if you’ve been purchasing your generic supplements from Walmart shelves; you may not be getting what you intended to.

Not so long ago, the New York Attorney General’s office issued an official warning that major chain retailers such as Walmart may be selling branded herbal supplements which were incorrectly labeled, leading customers to believe that what they were getting was something else entirely.  This may have potentially dangerous consequences for those of us watching for prescription drug interactions with certain supplements.  Do your homework, and don’t skimp on the quality supplements.
