You don’t even need to go buy planks of wood if you’ve got some scrap wood in your shed. Or, better yet, if you’ve got an old wooden door, you’re already most of the way there.

With a miter saw, a drill, and some inexpensive planks of wood, this headboard can easily be made in just a few hours. If you’re new to woodworking, this could even be the perfect beginner project.
