A toilet snake auger. Less than $10 at Home Depot and is a godsend for clogged toilets and drains. Poop knives are unsanitary. Plungers are messy and don’t work half the time. If a plunger won’t cut it, a snake is the way to go. You can skip any harsh chemicals that can damage your pipes, and it won’t be as messy.
