#17 – Aerosmith

Aerosmith is an American rock band that was originally formed in Boston in 1970. The group is comprised of Steven Tyler as lead vocalist, Joe Perry on guitar, Tom Hamilton on bass, Joey Kramer on drums, and Brad Whitford on guitar. 

Aerosmith’s distinctive sound is partly attributed to Tyler’s incredible vocal range. The list of top hits, multi-platinum albums, awards, and over 66 million copies sold is too many to count. Plus, Aerosmith was obviously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001, and band members Tyler and Perry were also inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
