#41 – Black Sabbath

Black Sabbath is an English rock band that was formed in 1968 by guitarist Tony Iommi, drummer Bill Ward, bassist Geezer Butler, and vocalist Ozzy Osbourne. For many, it is hard to believe that the band originally started as a blues-rock band. 

Fortunately, that changed soon after the song Black Sabbath was released. After that, they were known for their heavy metal style. Their first album, Black Sabbath, received negative reviews but was a commercial success that started their successful career.
