Rihanna’s trainer Harley Pasternak once revealed that the star aims to work out five days a week, including 30 minutes of cardio each day. When the singer is on the road, her schedule may not allow for quite the same level of intensity, but she doesn’t throw in the towel altogether—and neither should you. Instead, she drops down to three workouts a week with at least 10 minutes of cardio. Follow her lead by making it a priority to work out when and where your schedule will allow.
