Clueless 

In the 1995 movie Clueless,  the slang term “buggin'” was a popular phrase throughout the movie. However, one rendition of it certainly wasn’t planned by the director or the cast; it just slipped out.  

When Paul Rudd’s character of Josh, who is the stepbrother and later boyfriend to Alicia Silverstone’s Cher, he was trying to relate to her. When he was supposed to say “I’m always buggin,'” he ended up saying the more memorable “I’m totally buggin’ myself.” The cast ended up laughing so hard that it had to stay in the movie.
