Only a seasoned contractor and a diligent visionary could see the potential that existed in this space prior to renovation. Cinder block walls, cement floors, and exposed pipes were begging to be beautified, and although space was limited, the potential for greatness was not.

Renovators and contractors get a little excited when they see a space like this, for the difficult work of demolition and removal of old fixtures will not inhibit work to build something truly magnificent. The good bones were there, they began to build from the studs right on up.
