There is nothing special or distinguishing about the floor plan and decor of this tired bathroom. Not only does it stand in a state of disrepair, it is less than inspiring to be surrounded by broken fixtures, soiled tile and dingy color.

First to come out was the tiny vanity, which was so small it must have been difficult to use. From floor to ceiling, all fixtures were removed and the space was gutted and prepared for new and beautiful renovation.
