The need for expansion and demolition of existing fixtures took up a major part of the renovation budget, at around $6500. From there, homeowners took joy in placing a smart and savvy new tile floor valued at around $1700, a gorgeous new vanity, and clean new tub design for $2800. All of this was money well spent when considering the refreshing new look.

The starring role in this bathroom redesign is of course played by the breathtaking black and white floor tile, while elements such as the double vanity, updated mirrors, and open glass tub/shower balance and pull a whole stylish look together. When looking upon the entire masterpiece at once, it begs to be experienced, not merely used for function only.
