A much more beautiful and functional vanity was installed for the reasonable price of $350, and it complemented the new faux marble floor, which looks much more expensive than it actually was. At the installation price of around $1800, it ties other elements in the room together quite nicely.  The other big-ticket item in this upgrade was the shower; designers chose to add customized shelves within faux porcelain tile, which cost around $2000 to complete.

As it turns out, less is more when it comes to completely re-inventing this space. The new porcelain look of the shower and imitation marble on the floor add an air of opulence and elegance to the cool blue and soft white hues that pull everything together. Charming artwork and clever accents transform from drab to fab.
