Before: Fix Up Disaster

It’s been awhile since this bathroom has been fully functional; drab and dirty colors coupled with debris on the floor and a lack of running water leave us running for other options when it comes to cleaning up before or after work.

The first order of business was some debris clean up, followed by the removal of all broken and outdated fixtures in anticipation of fully restoring both function and beauty to this bath. Demolition work came in at just under a third of the budget, with clean up and labor costs coming in at nearly $3000.
