Although this 30s art-deco has its place in the bathroom hall of fame, the owner of the property decided that she’d had enough of the cracked tiles and less than optimal plumbing. Even though she was somewhat fond of the pink tile herself, it had to go in favor of a more modern renovation.

Demolition began, with tile being strategically removed, along with the tub, vanity, and flooring. Everything had to go in order to recreate the space. The homeowner wanted to have elements of style that were in keeping with the architectural style of the house, so fixtures and decor were very carefully chosen.
