Attention was given to every last detail of this renovation. The design team went with a classic black and white theme, starting with the classic hexagon tile floor, which cost homeowners around $3500. Letting more light into the space started with the simple makeover of window covers, which cost about $150. A classy and contrasting black and white paint design on the walls ties in other elements quite nicely, and the addition of some breathtaking black French doors came in at around $700.

Classy clean lines and contrasting light and dark fixtures—not to mention the breathtaking black French doors–make this little space sparkle with personality. Incorporation of smaller amounts of muted colors allows for a bit of personal expression in this Victorian-style home.
