Before: Colorful Surprise

Although the vivid color on the walls of this bathroom is attractive to some, it’s not for everyone. Any choice of vivid color in a room tends to date it, and the addition of dark wood makes the bathroom seem somewhat stagnant and oppressive. It’s time for a change.

This bathroom might have been appropriate in an early 19th century Victorian, or a fully restored mansion dating back to the 1930s, but it simply doesn’t fit in the decor of the current home. From floor to ceiling, renovators went to work transforming the space into something grand and modern.
