If you feel a cold or flu coming on, there’s an interesting way to quicken a bit of the recovery time. Wrap your feet in 5 layers of foil and keep it on your feet for an hour. Then take it off and leave your feet unwrapped for two hours. Then do it again for an hour and give your feet another break. In total, you’ll be doing this three times total, and should start feeling better.
